We spent a fantastic Christmas in this hotel. The room was amazingly spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and little kitchenette that had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it was centrally located close to many attractions that we wanted to visit. the friendly staff made our experience even better, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The check-in process was not as smooth as we had hoped. There was no reception over the weekend, and the automated check-in system was not working correctly.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a little kitchenette. There is a parking lot directly across this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is very close to a big mall with plenty of shops around. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent.

The hotel was located in a great area with easy access to public transportation and restaurants. The check-in process was hassle-free and very modern with electronic locks. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice kitchenette to make a quick snack or meal.
The breakfast offered was very minimal and lacked variety. the amenities provided in the rooms were lacking, without toothbrush or toothpaste and a pen.

The Rheincity Hotel in Ludwigshafen exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The bathroom was fantastic. The breakfast, although not extensive, was delicious and had everything I needed. a great hotel for the money.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We stayed at a hotel close to a mall with shops, which was convenient for some shopping during our stay. Our bed was comfortable and the towels were ample. The wooden floors were nice and clean. We appreciated the little kitchenette in the room and the automated check-in system was helpful.
The traffic was quite noisy at night and made it difficult to sleep.
